Hello Beauts!
My name is Chyanna Vang, and I am the creator and founder of Simply Dainty AC LLC. We officially launched January 1st, 2021, and to be very honest, it was a very scary, yet spontaneous decision to launch a small business. In so many corners of my life, I've let fear creep into my mind, allowing me to feel like I wasn't capable of doing the things I've dreamed of doing. It wasn't till, the end of December, 2020 that I've decided to break free of those chains. I've allowed myself to dream my biggest dreams, and to not let fear control me!
Here we are now. In a place where I could never imagine I'd be. To be able to tell myself, "I did it". Crazy right? If you can dream it, you can do it. Continue to push yourself, and allow you mind, body, and soul know how very capable you are. Do not let fear overcome your thoughts into thinking you can't, because you can, and you will.
Thank you all so much for stumbling upon my small business, and constantly showing me so much love, and support. I'm truly humbled, and can't wait to see the Simply Dainty Family grow. BEAUTY OF THE MONTH
As a mom of three, it can be really hard to take care of myself and feel good in my own skin. When I wear her pieces, I feel so good and end up wearing them whenever I need a good pick-me-up. They are solid in quality and for a person with sensitive ears, they don't hurt my ears at all. I highly recommend her earrings as they are so beautiful and unique!

POLICY/ RETURNS
No returns or exchanges! All sales are final. There will be an exception for a return. That is if the jewelry pieces arrives damaged. (not by carrier) you will have 24hrs to claim a return, once package has been received. I do inspect all items before shipping them out to you. You must message me a photo and description. If you miss the 24hr window, it will no longer qualify for a return.
I am not responsible for any lost, or stolen packages. once tracking numbers are sent and emailed, you will now become responsible for your own package.
